Q: Once we place an order with you, what is your time frame on shipping the order out and receiving it?
A: 1) if we receive order in the morning, we can get ready to send in the afternoon, and will send out as soon as we confirm payment. 2) if we receive order in the afternoon or night, we can get it ready to send next day, and will send out as soon as we confirm payment. It usually takes 5~7 days to receive.
However, there is still unlikely exceptions that we may lack of goods,which leads to late delivery. If such kinds of situation happens, we will inform you at once and arrange to deliver as soon as possible. 

Q: Why your prices are much lower than other websites? Are your watches in good quality?
A: We are a replica watch manufactory in China. We make replica watches ourselves while we also export them overseas. Here the resources and labour cost are comparatively low. The prices are wholesale prices which we only make a little profit.

A: Yes, we provide watches that are not seen at our website. Under this occasion, please send pictures and requirement to us. After prepared, we’ll confirm with you before shipping.

Q: When should I remit the payable amount? Shall I wait for your confirmation of order?
A: You can remit after we confirmed of your order and reply you of the total payable amount including delivery freight. We'll count the freight cost according the price list of the express Co.. And then deliver the goods as soon as we confirm of your payment. Your order could be kept for only two days, because the quantity of these goods are not offered unlimited,and the hot products may be sold out quickly. 

Q: Are the pictures on the website your real products? But some of them are not marked of the size. 
A: We can assure that the pictures on our website are took of the real products. Regarding the size, we can't promise to mark them one by one. However,we can assure that the sizes are the same as the original ones.

Q: Does the watches have screws or pins in the links?
A: Most of replica watches in the market have links of cheap pins, which need to hammer out to adjust the links. Don't be fooled either by pins that are folded, or resemble screws. Now you can set time by turning it anti-clockwise. This would turn the minute-hour hands forward until you set the right time. When time is set, push the button back and turn the button clockwise for a few rounds.

Q: Could you help to adjust the length of the watches?
A: When you don't know how to adjust the belts of some watches, you can write down the size of your wrist on the remarks in your order. Then we 'll adjust the right length for you. If you prefer the belts to be a little looser, you may explain it beside. I'd like to remind you that this service is free. The parts that have been taken off will be sent to you for your future usage.

There are two ways provided below for your reference to measure your wrist:

2. Using paper strip and mark on it, then measure it by ruler.

Q: What is Automatic Movement?
A: watch whose mechanism is fitted with a device, (rotor) that automatically winds the spring by using the force of gravity. An automatic is a mechanical watch whose mainspring is wound as a result of the wearer's arm motion. The movement of the wrist and body causes the rotor, a metal weight attached to a winding mechanism, to pivot freely on its staff in the center of the movement. A: A sweeping second hand simply means that the second hand sweeps smoothly instead of ticking once every second. Basically, it is just a bunch of very small, rapid, tiny ticks combined that makes it look like it is sweeping smoothly. All automatic watches have a sweeping second hand, and all battery-run (quartz) and chronograph watches have a ticking second hand.

A: To change date and time you need to do the following. If you have a screw-in button like Rolex, you need to turn the button anti-clockwise for a few rounds until the button is loose. Then you need to pull the button out softly by using your thumb nail and first finger nail, softly and without force. You should feel a "click" here. There are two steps when you pull the button out. The first step is for setting the date (and Day if you have a Rolex Day-Date). The second step is for setting the local. You can only set Date forward by turning button in one direction. When you are done with setting date and time, push back the button and wind it clockwise for a few times. No need to lock it.

Q: It has been 3 days since I placed my order, how come it still hasn't been shipped yet?
A: Depending on which style of watch you ordered, it may have to be custom made, as some watches are made to order. Some of the more exotic watches can take up to 3-5 business days for it to be shipped out. As soon as your watch is shipped out, you will be notified of it in your Members Section. The status of your watch will indicate as "Shipped".

Q: What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?
A: If your watch is damaged or missing contact us and notify us of the situation, we will ship another watch out to you once we receive back the damaged one.

Q: How much do I have to pay if you reship the product? Do I have to pay for it again?
A: We will reship the product back to you free of charge and we will not charge you a second
